Kim Kardashian just bought a pimped out new Ferrari 458 Italia for over $ 325,000 from Plantinum Motorsport in Los Angeles.

The car is painted in white, which is not Kim typically prefer, but it looks good for her.

T.I. Back in Prison

Who knew that getting a pimped-out ride in a tour bus from jail to a halfway house was a big no-no?

Next time take cab T.I.

We sure didn't, and apparently neither did T.I., but that seems to be the reason that the star hip-hopster is back in federal custody.

While the Federal Bureau of Prisons couldn't directly speak to the rapper's case citing department policy, a spokesman said that with every inmate there is a specific release plan that has to be followed or else the person could be subject to a violation.

And a luxury coach was not what authorities had in mind when they decided to let him out a month early.

Officials at the Forrest City minimum-security facility in Arkansas were told by T.I. that he would be picked up in a van—not the monster party bus that shuttled the musician to a halfway house in Atlanta, escorted by a caravan of black SUVs.

The warden ordered T.I. back into custody after he made the trek to his halfway house, claiming T.I. only informed officials he would be traveling in a van, and not a tricked out tour bus.

T.I., real name Clifford Harris Jr. is now back behind bars in an undisclosed penitentiary in Atlanta, and his lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells E! News he's hoping to resolve the matter and get him out before his scheduled release on Sept. 29.

"What the Federal Bureau of Prisons was supposedly told regarding T.I.'s method of transportation is speculative at this point. Since I have no specifics about what was asked or said, I am not yet in a position to comment except to say that we are confident there was never any intent or reason to mislead or misstate the method of transportation," the legal eagle said.

He also noted that the hubbub over the bus was ironic considering prison employees on the scene didn't seem to have a problem with it.

"T.I. got on the bus in the prison's parking area in full view of BOP employees. Indeed, he was actually escorted to the bus by a prison guard. If there was some confusion or misunderstanding surrounding the method of transportation, we hope to clear it up quickly so T.I. can return to the halfway house."

Diane Pope, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle's mother and T.I.'s mother-in-law, tells E! News that T.I. would never have gotten on the tour bus if he had know it was a violation.

"They [the group picking T.I. up] wouldn't have got him either if they had known that. Tiny wouldn't have let him on the tour bus if she had known there would be trouble.

"There were a lot of SUVs following, at least that's what Tiny told me. One, I think, was Tiny's hairdresser and maybe the media following, too. There were lots of people taking pictures when he got out and following them. She didn't know who everyone was," she tells us. "Their kids didn't go, they went to school. They wanted to see their dad because they haven't seen him in a year."

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle said "T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"

Chris Brown Fan Returns His Rolex Watch At MTV VMA's

Born as Christopher Brown on May 5, 1989 in Tappahannock, Virginia, he has been drawn to music since his childhood and was heavily influenced by the sounds of Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and Anita Baker.

Chris Brown thought his $22,000 diamond encrusted Rolex was LOST FOREVER when he accidentally tossed it into the crowd at the MTV VMAs.

Brown's watch is a gold Rolex with a white oyster face and diamond-encrusted bezzle, came loose at the beginning of his performance, so he took it off and tried to toss it to a safe place, all while dancing his face off.

But Brown missed his target and the watch ended up in the crowd.

After the performance, Brown's bodyguard went into the audience and asked if anyone had found the watch, not really expecting anyone to come forward, but to his surprise, the watch was in the possession of an HONEST person, who returned it to its rightful owner.

Brown's rep said "Although Chris did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan's actions."

T.I. Released From Prison

Rapper Clifford Harris well knowed as T.I. unquestionably possesses all the quality needed to receive such title looking from the superb talent and skills he has shown through his growing career in American music industry.

Unfortunately T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession on the Sunset Strip back in September 2010, an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.

Now, T.I. has been released one month early from an Arkansas prison, and is on his way to either a community living facility or home confinement.

Chris Burke, spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, tells us T.I. was released at 7:29 AM local time, and is "in transit" to begin the next leg of his sentence.

His attorney, Jonathan Leonard, confirmed T.I. was released but did not immediately say where his client is going.

T.I. checked into prison on November 1, 2010 and he was originally scheduled to be released on September 29.

Moments later is already back on Twitter and just tweeted saying, "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"

He also said, "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most."

MTV VMA's Complete List of Winners 2011

It was music filled night at the 2011 MTV VMAs.

The event was held on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

The big winners of the night included Adele and Katy Perry, who each went home with three awards. Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, and Britney Spears were also winners during the show.

Katy Perry went home with Video of the Year for her song “Firework.”

One of the evening’s highlights was Beyonce announcing her pregnancy on the show’s red carpet, and the acrobatic performance of Chris Brown.

Beyonce Pregnant with Jay-Z

The story, which appears on the cover of the magazine’s new issue, identifies a source close to the 29-year-old singer Beyonce who claims that B is in her first trimester and was caught off guard by the unexpected pregnancy.

All eyes were on the singer on the MTV VMAs red carpet on Sunday night thanks to her brand-new accessory, a baby bump.

Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z are expecting their first baby.

MTV's Video Music Awards Surprise Revealed.

On the carpet, Beyonce is wearing a bright orange Lanvin gown and looked at the photographers while holding her belly and said she had a surprise. Judging from the photo you can tell what that surprise is.

MTV confirmed the baby news on Twitter, saying, "OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!"

Beyonce's little sis Solange also tweeted her thoughts on the baby news, saying, ":)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

The Grammy-winning superstar previously announced that she would take a break in 2010 to focus on her personal life after years of relentlessly touring and recording, although she recently returned to the studio to start her next album.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Are officially Married

In May, the 6' 9" tall basketball star proposed to Kim at her Beverly Hills home by spelling out "Will you marry me?" in rose petals on the reality star's bedroom floor - catching his future-wife off guard.

"I didn't expect this at all," Kim told People of Kris' proposal at the time. "I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

And now Kim Kardashian and basketball star Kris Humphries were married this evening at a private estate in Montecito, Calif., surrounded by friends and family, E! News and People exclusively confirm.

The couple exchanged vows in front of approximately 440 guests, including Demi Lovato, Babyface, Mario Lopez, Maria Menounos, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mark Ballas, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan, and Kathy Lee Gifford at the private estate of venture capitalist Frank Caufield in Montecito, California.

The bride wore a custom Vera Wang gown, while the groom looked spiffy in an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with a white jacket and tie. Husband and wife exchanged Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands, the same designer behind Kim's 20.5-carat engagement ring.

In a stylish accent that we can only describe as "very Pippa," Kim's sisters all wore white Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses. Humphries' groomsmen, including brother-in-law Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom, suited up in black Zegna tuxes, as did Bruce Jenner and Kris' dad, William Humphries,

Self-proclaimed "momzilla" Kris Jenner, who has now watched two of her little girls walk down the aisle, also donned Vera Wang for the occasion.

But while it seems as if the Kardashians and Jenners could account for a few hundred people themselves, there were plenty of other familiar faces sitting in those chairs.

Guests included Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough, Mel B, Brittny Gastineau, LaLa Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony,Sugar Ray Leonard and The Spin Crowd's Jonathan Cheban, many of whom had tweeted beforehand about how excited they were for Kim's big day.

Members of the New Jersey Nets were also given the all-clear to gather in one place for a good cause, despite a rule that prevents teammates from being in contact during the NBA lockout. And that's especially nice, because Jordan Farmar, Humphries' current Nets cohort and Odom's former Lakers teammate, is only the guy who introduced the bride and groom!

The multipart festivities had been cloaked in confidentiality from the start—minus the fact that a camera crew was often on hand for E!'s exclusive behind-the-scenes wedding special (airing in two parts on Oct. 9-10)—from the day the $250 invitations arrived swearing guests to secrecy (and a black-and-white wardrobe) to the not-until-go-time reveal of Kim's gown.

In a KIIS-FM interview with Seacrest yesterday, Kim had expressed surprise over how calm she felt—though she admitted to already freaking out over "everything and anything" about a week ago.

While the newlyweds are forgoing an exotic honeymoon for now, the party sure isn't over. Mr. and Mrs. Kris Humphries and their guests will cap off the night with a lavish reception nearby. Kim said that she was hoping all of her guests would appreciate how "fun and glitz and glam" the night was going to be. "It will be so intimate, and so...really heartfelt. And they will think, 'Oh my God, that dress.'"

Lady Gaga's "You and I"

Lady Gaga's "Yoü and I" video is eye candy, if your type of eye candy involves freaky sci-fi love stories.

The music video certainly recalls many of the personas in Gaga's world.

But there are two other significant personas that fans of the singer will recognize from the Gaga-verse, her male alter ego, Jo Calderone, and her mermaid alter ego, Yuyi. But those not as familiar with all things Gaga might be wondering just who these two are.

There are nods to many of Gaga's past incarnations. When she stands at a crossroads in a big hat, the image is reminiscent of  "Telephone" Gaga. When she sits nearly makeup-free at her piano in the cornfields, there are touches of the teary-eyed makeup-less Gaga from the "Bad Romance" video. Flashes of her wedding may remind fans of the wedding dress she wore in the "Judas" clip.

Robot Gaga's facial structures recall some of the steampunk looks of her "Alejandro" video. Those are only a few of the nods to past personas from her own videography.

With the just-announced news that Lady Gaga will be opening next week's MTV VMA Awards, we've got more exclusive scoop for you on the pop star.

Wait till you find out which of Gaga's biggest gal-pal collaborators isn't exactly a big fan of her brooding male alter ego Jo Calderone in the video for "Yoü and I".

"When I met Jo, I didn't particularly like him," Gaga's "Yoü and I" music video director and choreographer Laurieann Gibson tells us. "When I'm done speaking to him I'm like, 'Thanks Jo, you can leave.' But she's remarkable when she goes into this side of her and it's quite brilliant and amazing. And like I said, I didn't like him at first. I'm not sure if I like him, but he's really quite compelling and interesting."

"The look, it comes with her interpretation of her male energy," says the Emmy-nominated Born to Dance reality star. "I'm not sure how she came up with the physical likeness but as far as capturing him and filming him and giving him a story, I was really moved by the opportunity to do that."

As for if we'll be seeing Jo during Gaga's VMA performance next week. "Not sure if I've got to call his manager," Gibson joked. "Let's just say I'm in the zone."

Meanwhile, Gibson teased that "Yoü and I" will not be the last mini movie off of Gaga's Born This Way album.

"We are planning on doing more videos," she says. "It's gonna go in a different direction, a powerful one.

Real Housewives Husband Suicide

The husband of Beverly Hills "Real Housewives" television star Taylor Armstrong committed suicide by hanging, coroner officials said on Wednesday.

Cable channel Bravo has yet to say whether it will go ahead with "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" as planned on September 5, or how it will deal with the tragedy on screen. That's the question Bravo must answer about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in light of Russell Armstrong's shocking suicide. The estranged husband of star Taylor Armstrong died Monday.

An autopsy on Russell Armstrong, 47, also found no preliminary traces of drugs or alcohol in the body of the venture capitalist who died on Monday, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office said.

No suicide note was found with his body. Armstrong's death came three weeks before the scheduled start of the second season of the reality TV show about six rich women in Beverly Hills.

Here's what network executive and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen told fans about RHOBH's future today:

"We're all still trying to process yesterday's very sad news, and looking at how to proceed with the series," Cohen wrote today in a blog titled "Picking Up the Pieces."

"[RHOBH] has finished primary production and was set to premiere on Labor Day," the Housewives host added. "We'll let you know what we decide when we do"

"In the meantime, we're sending our thoughts and prayers to Taylor and the rest of Russell's family," Cohen concluded, echoing his Twitter post yesterday.

"I am so very sad about today's news," he tweeted—his only other public comment on the tragedy. "My prayers and thoughts are with Taylor Armstrong and her family."

Taylor Armstrong had filed for divorce in July and her husband was facing a $1.5 million breach of contract lawsuit. His lawyer told reporters on Tuesday that Russell Armstrong was facing huge financial problems and said the apparently wealthy couple were living way beyond their means.

Hilary Duff Going to Be a Mom

Hilary Duff and pro hockey player Mike Comrie dated for a couple of years before getting married on August 14 in Santa Barbara, Hilary couldn’t be happier to be moving forward with Mike, 30, after a year together, proclaiming that they are, “Ready to start this new chapter in our lives.”

Now it’s for real! No word on when she’s due or the gender of their upcoming bundle of joy, but we suspect we’ll hear much more about it in the coming months.

On the heels of their 1 year wedding anniversary, the former Disney star who gained fame as Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff took to her blog to share the big news that she and hubby Mike Comrie are expecting their first child.

"I can't believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you're having fun, We also want to share the exciting news that baby makes three. We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives."

Duff, tweeted on Sunday afternoon, “Wow! I am just overwhelmed by all of the wonderful messages everyone is sending!  Thank you so much! Big hugs! Xxo.”

And just days before Duff's big announcement, she hinted to us that she and Comrie were ready to start a family.

"I think it was important to us that we had a year to just do whatever,"  Hilary said. "And maybe longer than that because we enjoy having so much freedom. But we're thinking about it."

Jani Lane Death

Singer Jani Lane was born in Akron, Ohio, on February 1, 1964. He began his career as a teenage drummer before moving to Florida and playing in a series of metal bands. Eventually he made the trek to Los Angeles with future Warrant drummer Steven "Sweet" Chamberlin in search of fame and a steady gig.

He was recruited to join Warrant in 1986 and the band released their major-label debut, Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich, in 1989, spawning the hits "Heaven" and "Down Boys." But it was 1990's Cherry Pie that really put them on the map, selling three million copies and making them hair-metal superstars. The title tune was written on the back of a pizza box, which can reportedly be seen on display at the Hard Rock Café in Destin, Florida.

The following years, though, proved tumultuous for Lane, who left the band several times as their fortunes faded and album sales dried up in the wake of the rise of the darker, more aggressive grunge rock sound. He rejoined the band in 2008, only to leave again that same year.

Lane released a solo album, Back Down to One, in 2003. He dabbled in acting, appeared on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" in 2005 and toured with Great White in 2010 as a fill-in lead vocalist.

Jani, the golden-haired former lead singer of 1980s hair-metal band Warrant, was found dead on Thursday in a hotel room in Woodland Hills, California.

His death is being investigated as a possible accidental overdose but may also have been from natural causes.

An autopsy was performed by the L.A. County Coroner's office Friday, but an official said it did not reveal what caused the musician's death. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said the cause of death will be determined after results from toxicology and other tests are received. Winter says that process may take up to two months.

"His family will convene Sunday for a private memorial service", Lane's manager and longtime friend Obi Steinman said. A public memorial with performances by fellow metal rock bands including Great White and L.A. Guns will be held in Hollywood on Aug. 24 at a venue to be announced later, he said.

Steinman also told "He lost his battle over alcohol," who noted that Lane had struggled with alcoholism for years and had racked up at least two DUI arrests. "He was one of the great rock-and-roll frontmen and singers of all time,". "His music helped shape the '80s."

His sister, Vicky Oswald-Ley, told RadarOnline.com that Lane had battled alcoholism for a decade but he "did not do drugs." She also told the site that although the family hasn't seen the autopsy report yet, "he was a heavy drinker and I can only guess that alcoholism has a lot to do with it."

Oswald-Ley also told the site that she believed the death of their mother seven years ago affected Lane's battles against alcohol. "She would always talk him into going to rehab and hospitals," she said. "I think when she passed, that desire to stay healthy died too."

She told Radar she believed Lane had gone to the hotel purely to drink, and said the family had not been contacted by Lane's manager or his wife of a year, Kimberley.

The band released a statement on its website, warrantrocks.com, saying, "We are deeply saddened to hear the news of Jani's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Jani was a very important part of our lives for a long time. We will always be incredibly proud of the music we created together. He was a true talent and will be missed by all of us."

The current members of Warrant plan on dedicating tonight's performance of "Heaven" at their scheduled show in North Dakota to their onetime frontman.

Lane's fellow artists—of the heavy metal variety and otherwise—have also been offering up a wave of thoughts and prayers since hearing the news that the 47-year-old was found dead yesterday afternoon in a San Fernando Valley hotel room.

"We'd like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of Jani Lane regarding their loss. Respectfully, Bret and all at MEGI," Bret Michaels tweeted.

Teen Choice Award 2011 List of Winners

The teens have spoken, and their tastes have pretty much stayed the same since last year.

The 2011 Teen Choice Awards took place Sunday at the Gibson Amphitheatre, where a plethora of awards were handed out in six genres: movies, television, music, summer, fashion and—most important of all—miscellaneous.

Hosted by The Big Bang Theory hottie Kaley Cuoco, the two-hour award show was home to an epic battle between two huge franchises: Twilight vs. Harry Potter. So which insanely popular series went home with the most surfboards?

Talk about an upset! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 beat The Twilight Saga: Eclipse for Choice SCi-Fi/Fantasy Movie, while Emma Watson triumphed over Kristen Stewart for Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy actress. Even more of an upset? Watson and co-star Daniel Radcliffe took home the award for Choice Liplock. Sorry K-Stew and Robert Pattinson. There's always next year.

Don't feel too bad, Twilight fans. Everyone's favorite movie werewolf Taylor Lautner won Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy actor while Pattinson won Choice Drama Actor for his work in Water For Elephants.

The 14-year-old internet superstar took home the award for Choice Web Star. She also joined Raising Hope actor Lucas Neff on stage to present an award.

On the TV sides of things, vampires dominated the night thanks to The CW's hit series The Vampire Diaries. The show was named Choice Fantasy/Sci-Fi Series, and four of its stars took home surfboards: Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder (Choice Actors in a Fantasy/Sci-Fi Series) and Michael Trevino and Kat Graham (Choice TV Scene Stealers).

The big winner of the evening was Taylor Swift, who went home with the Ultimate Choice Award, as well as five other awards!

Glee also won its fair share of awards, taking home Choice Comedy, Choice Comedy Actor (Cory Monteith) and Choice Breakout Star (Darren Criss, duh!). Gossip Girl won Choice Drama and leading lady Blake Lively won Choice Drama Actress.

Our very own Kardashian sisters won Choice Female Reality Star while Jersey Shore won choice reality show. Sorry ladies, you can't win ‘em all. DJ Pauly D has another reason to fist-pump: He won Choice Male Reality Star.

Justin Bieber lets his bowtie hang loose on the red carpet. Justin is nominated for not one award but FIVE awards at this year’s 2011 Teen Choice Awards. He is nominated for Choice Male Artist, Choice Twit, Choice Red Carpet Icon, Choice TV, and Choice Male Hottie.


He, who took home the award for Choice TV Villain for his super-creepy guest appearance on CSI, won Choice Male Artist, Choice Twit and Choice Male Hottie.

His co-Choice Hottie? Why, his girlfriend Selena Gomez, of course! Gomez was belle of the ball, taking home Choice Comedy TV actress (Wizards of Waverly Place), Choice Group (as part of Selena Gomez & The Scene), Choice Single ("Who Says") and Choice Love Song ("Love You Like a Love Song").

Gomez' BFF Taylor Swift won her fair share of awards as well, including Choice Female Artist, Choice Red Carpet Icon, Choice Country Song ("Mean") and the Ultimate Choice Award.

Her other BFF from back in the Barney days Demi Lovato's inspirational single "Skyscraper" won Choice Summer Song.

Chris Hemsworth gives a dashing smile at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, the 27-year-old Aussie actor was nominated in the Choice Movie Breakout: Male category for his performance as the title character in Thor.

At the awards show, Chris and Zoe Saldana presented a tribute to the Harry Potter franchise.
